Located on Tunnel Mountain Road, Buffalo Mountain Lodge is a few minutes from downtown Banff by car or a 15-minute walk. The Roam bus stops outside the lodge. Driving from Calgary International Airport takes 1.5 hours.

The location allowed a convenient walk into town. A bus stop located across from the hotel offered another transportation option. My room included a mountain view and the WiFi worked reliably.

amazing staff delicious food dark room limited parking
our room was clean and spacious! i enjoyed the hot tub every day of my stay, it was a nice way to relax. the prow restaurant had amazing staff and the food was delicious too.
The room was a bit dark. It could have been brighter. parking was somewhat limited and the spaces felt tight.
